A REGIONAL NATURAL PARK FOR TOMORROW...

ON THE BORDERS OF FRANCHE-COMTÉ, LORRAINE AND CHAMPAGNE-ARDENNE...

 

A Regional Natural Park is an inhabited area, totally accessible, with respect for private property, as everywhere else.

 

Contrary to many prejudices, a P.N.R is not a reserve where nature is sealed.

 

Hunting, fishing and most human activities are authorized there, under the same conditions as before.

 

AN ASSOCIATION, A TERRITOry

 

The association "At the Sources of the Park" was created in November 2009 to promote the creation of this Regional Natural Park.

It is made up of five commissions responsible for working on the different themes that constitute the field of intervention of a P.N.R.

The geographical entity concerned by the project, known as the "Three Provinces", has common geological, geographical, historical and demographic characteristics.

Severely handicapped, for its economic development by the absence of large companies providing jobs, this territory nevertheless benefits from a resource impossible to relocate:

      - a natural, built and landscaped heritage of quality ...
